Products Covered by This Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty covers the following travel bags purchased directly from Farren Row or an authorized Farren Row retailer:

  • The Outfit Duffel Collection

Such products are referred to as “Items” in this Limited Warranty.

What This Limited Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Hardware such as zippers, handles, or straps that break or are no longer usable under normal conditions of use

  • Stitching or seams that come undone outside of normal wear and tear

  • Fabric tears that occur as a result of defective materials rather than use-related damage

Duration of Warranty

This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. The warranty applies to the expected functional lifespan of the product under normal use and care.

What We Do to Satisfy the Warranty

If your Item has a valid warranty claim, Farren Row will repair or replace it at no additional cost. Replacement items may vary slightly in color or design from the original due to ongoing improvements.

Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper handling, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, stains, scuffs, fading, or fabric stretching

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect the function or performance of the product

  • Items sold as-is, used, returned, or previously owned

  • Products used for commercial or non-personal purposes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farren Row will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, please contact hello@farrenrow.com with the following details:

  1. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  2. Photos of the defect

  3. A brief description of the issue

  4. Your name, shipping address, and contact information

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide further instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable. Please do not ship your item before receiving confirmation.

Policy Updates

Farren Row may revise this Limited Warranty from time to time. However, only the version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your product.
